Another fabulous Paint Party Friday. Today's PPF post is an ACEO. It is watercolor.
It's making me a little crazy because I see something wrong that needs to be corrected. If I get time today I may try to change it. But for right now, it will have to stay this way. It's already in my Etsy shop. Oh my. Well can you see it? Take a guess. Saturday I'll post a comment to tell you what's making me nuts and we can compare notes.
Anyway on to another subject. I was watching the news this morning at the devastation in the south. It breaks my heart to see the damage and the loss of life. Keep those affected by the storms in your prayers. They are most certainly on my mind and in my prayers. I hope none of you are affected by them.

Beautiful water lily. Annette x
Your painting is lovely. I like the soft colours. I'm with you on wanting to constantly change/correct something in my own art. :)
I do not know what look bad ... we are never consistent with our creations, wait a while and then decide. Greetings.

Very lovely water lily and I can see nothing wrong with it. I also share your sentiments for the people in the south and have wondered how Annamarie is doing.
such a lovely little piece.
A very lovely water lily work. The delicate color is just perfect for the subject. Well Done! ;)
@Marlene, She's doing okay. I contacted her through facebook.
Okay here's the problem. The pedal in the foreground needs to be shaded at the base! :)
I was working on waterlily's this week - mine are not anywhere near yours - beautiful!
cheers, dana
Well, I can't see a thing wrong with it even looking for it. Looks really good to me!
I think it is beautiful just the way it is... I am amazed at the detail on such a small scale!

Kristin
love your waterlily.
What a lovely aceo...adore the detailing in the lily.
I LOVE this such delicate beauty- just wonderful! As usual, I am in awe of the detail you can cram into such a small piece!
great little painting, I love doing waterlillies. Happy PPF!
Very pretty ACEO!! Lots of lovely detail!
I got to this discussion a bit late, lol. I love the waterlily. When you mentioned something needed fixing, I noticed the petal in the foreground looked kinda straight. A little shading and it will curve right up ;) Kathryn
