sold Diver Dan the ACEO below on Etsy. Also sold a handpainted porcelain pin on Ebay. I'm rolling this week.
The saga of the husband.....so I've been wrapped up taking care of the DH with a kidney stone. I spent all of Saturday at the hospital with him. This is Thursday and it still has not passed. He went to the docs yesterday for more meds. Now he has to switch one of his meds and go for blood tests.
He's so crabby. I had Jess from Our The Farmhouse Gathering Team on Etsy make me a "Stoney" mean doll. :) It might not make him feel better but I sure will.
Enjoying my retirement one painting at a time. Interspersing my thoughts with my Handpainted porcelain (painting), decorative painting, glass painting, watercolors, ACEOs, Alcohol Ink Art, colored pencil and acrylics.

Diver Dan.............
.....my newest watercolor art card (ACEO) in my etsy shop. Well I'm back from my cruise and this seemed the perfect thing to feature today.
I had a wonderful time. The weather was BEAUTIFUL. The caribbean islands were BEAUTIFUL. We had calm seas. It was so relaxing - 9 days....perfect perfect perfect.
You can view the pictures. They are ALL uploaded to my photo website:
http://public.fotki.com/heylucy1/travel/cruise-2008/
Make sure to go to the right side of the screen when you open the album for each island and click on slideshow...it's easier than trying to look at each picture individually.
You can also read about it on my personal website: http://heylucy1.blogspot.com
This diver card reminds me of one of our excursions. We took a partial sub ride. You sit in the lower part of the boat and each person has a window and a seat facing it that you straddle as the vessel goes over the reef. It's so cool. But when you are underwater like that you turn blue because of the lack of sun so that's why the pictures of me and Glenn are blue! There was a diver who rounded up some critters for us to see upclose and personal. Not sure what his name was but Diver Dan seemed right for this watercolor. Actually I did it before I left for the trip.....must have known I'd run into a diver along the way!

Dresser boxes--you can't have too many.
Dresser boxes, you can't have too many of them. I love them. Mine end up with everything in them. A nice place to put rings, earrings, pony tail holders, change, you name it. This one I just finished this week and put up in my Etsy shop.
Well I'm on my way to my Caribbean cruise. You can read about it on my travel blog:

We are going to 4 islands and it's a very long cruise - 10 days. I know mid week I will get homesick. I always do. I even did in Italy. When I go on vacation and I come back home, the drive is always so welcoming and I always feel so happy to be in my house....I must be deep down a homebody! So off to the beautiful ocean I go!
Theres' supposed to be wireless so of course, those who know me, know that I will have that laptop with me! :)
