The sun will come out.....

As I was sitting here looking out the window at the foggy depressing day bummed out because of the crappy weather, I heard something. Down went the volume of the TV. The sounds of all the birds chirping away were so loud. I went to the window and opened it up.  Then it hit me. The smell. That wet musty spring morning smell.  Inspite of the dreary day, I remembered it's spring, a time when nature is renewed and comes back to life. AND after the rain and fog, the sun will come out and it will be a nice day. I just need to be patient.  I'm sure glad it's spring...............
