So I posted this in my blog last July and I'm thinking it would be good to repost. Hope you enjoy it.
So people always ask me how I do this. This time I took some pictures at each stage. Each piece of china is painted and fired in a kiln to a temperature of 1800 degrees multiple times. Here's some pictures of how it progresses: Inspiration Piece Blank china:
All my friends know how I love my felined friends but what you probably don't know is that I love the work of Sue Taylor of Nebraska. Check out Sue's primacolor drawing of Fluffy!
This piece is an ACEO (Art Card Edition & Original) - always 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches. Sue is one the artist in my DAWG (Designing Artist Women's Group) on Ebay, Etsy & now Bonanzle. She sells under artistsuetaylor. This piece is available in her Bonanzle shop. Click here to go to it.
Oh and I should add she's having a Bonanza (sale) on Bonanzle March 21st!!! Check out her shop there! Check out her Bonanzle shop...she has cool jewelry there too.....click here
And of course I have to blog one of my little feline friends. I call it sleepy head....hes's also an ACEO and painted in watercolors....available in my Etsy shop...click here.
I have a number of online artist friends who have become good friends online. Most of us started together on Ebay, branched out to Etsy and now are on Bonanzle. We began a team on Etsy called, Designing Artists Women's Group" or DAWG TEAM on Etsy. You can search for DAWG team on Etsy or Bonanzle to find our art. Here's some of the work from my friends from their Bonanzle stores. Their shop names are in parenthesis. These are wonderful artists, wonderful friends. I hope you will support them.
